1. After I choose a franchise model, do I have to make 100% payment in advance?

No, A 50% advance is required, and the remaining 50% is to be paid upon delivery.

2. Do the goods have to be sold at MRP?

Ideally, yes. However, you may offer discounts from your profit margin if you choose.

3. Will we be given materials to display the jewellery?

Yes, You will receive a specially designed briefcase to store and display the jewellery, along with a tablet to showcase the designs.

4. Will we be allowed to choose the designs?

Yes, Design selection will be a joint effort between the Klifora team and you, tailored to suit local tastes.

5. What happens to the goods that remain unsold?

We will assist you in selling them through discounted exhibitions, promotions, and other strategies.

6. Will the goods be made of hallmarked gold?

Yes, You can choose between 18-carat or 14-carat gold, based on your market preferences.

7. Will the cost breakdown of each piece be transparent?

Yes, The gold, labour, and diamond values will all be clearly detailed on the app.

8. How will I order and reorder goods?

You’ll be provided an app to place orders, track them, reorder, view previous purchases, analyze best-selling items, and more.

9. What is the franchise fee?

The franchise fee is ₹1.5 lakhs.

10. Can I offer a product guarantee to customers, and what is the return policy?

Yes. You can offer a cashback guarantee, deducting 20% from the current value.

11. Besides the minimum investment, what are the criteria for getting a Klifora franchise?

You must be socially well-connected. If not, you may partner with someone who is, and provide us with a list of at least 100 known contacts, including family, friends, colleagues, and neighbours.

12. How can I trust Klifora enough to make a 50% advance payment?

You’re welcome to visit our office in South Ex, Delhi. You can also run background checks on all three promoters before making a decision.

13. How many days after payment will I receive the goods?

You will receive the goods within 20–25 days. In the meantime, the Klifora team will train you on the product, customer management, lab-grown vs. natural diamonds, quality evaluation, pricing calculations, marketing strategies, and more.

14. What if I want to discontinue the franchise?

There is a one-year lock-in period. However, with mutual discussion, we can work out a solution that benefits both parties.

15. What if a customer wants to order a custom design?

No problem. You can upload the design on the app, and we’ll place the order with our factory in Surat.

16. Can I offer credit to customers?

Based on two decades of experience, we strongly advise against it. Customers may wear the jewellery, show it to other jewellers, and ultimately default. Major brands in India do not offer credit either.

17. Will purchases be invoiced from the franchisee to Klifora?

Yes.

18. Do I need to register a company?

Yes, You’ll need to register a company with a GST number. We will assist you with the registration process.
